Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a Microsoft 365 technical support advisor
Mandatory skills
- At least three (3) years of experience configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities, such as data loss prevention (DLP), information protection/sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, audit and logging, and security/compliance center configuration (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview).
- Must have experience in Tenant administration, configuration, operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and service administration for Microsoft 365 Platform services, including Microsoft Copilot capabilities where applicable.
Desirable Qualifications
- Legacy SharePoint On-Premise and PowerShell skills remain relevant but should not be the sole focus.
- Experience with SharePoint On-Premise administration and PowerShell for automation in Microsoft 365 environments may be considered a plus and should be clearly identified in resumes where applicable.
