Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a Microsoft 365 technical support advisor

Mandatory skills

1. At least three (3) years of experience configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities, such as data loss prevention (DLP), information protection/sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, audit and logging, and security/compliance center configuration (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview).
2. Must have experience in Tenant administration, configuration, operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and service administration for Microsoft 365 Platform services, including Microsoft Copilot capabilities where applicable.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Legacy SharePoint On-Premise and PowerShell skills remain relevant but should not be the sole focus.

2. Experience with SharePoint On-Premise administration and PowerShell for automation in Microsoft 365 environments may be considered a plus and should be clearly identified in resumes where applicable.
