Head of IT

Role: Head of IT
Salary: £80,000-£85,000
Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid
Flexible working: 3 days a week in the office

I'm working with a growing organisation looking for a Head of IT to take ownership of their IT function and help take it to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close enough to the technology to understand what's going on, but has the leadership experience to work with senior stakeholders, develop a team and drive real change. The big focus is automation and maturity - reducing manual IT processes, improving self-service and building a more scalable environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and develop a team of 6 across infrastructure and service support
• Own the IT roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider business
• Drive automation across onboarding, access management, device provisioning and IT service processes
• Improve the use of Microsoft technologies including Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Introduce better IT governance, self-service and scalable processes while supporting the team technically when needed

They're looking for someone who has already led an IT function, is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and has a genuine track record of improving and automating IT environments.
