IT Projects Engineer – MSP / Cloud / Infrastructure Location: Cowfold, West Sussex (With travel to client sites across the South East & London) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

• IT Project Delivery: Implement end-to-end technical projects (migrations, upgrades, and installations) to agreed timescales, budgets, and high quality standards.
• Client Site Deployments: Travel to customer sites across London and the South East when required to carry out infrastructure installations and hardware deployments.
• Department Operations: Assist with day-to-day project scheduling, accurate technical documentation, risk assessments, and proactive system monitoring.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide 2nd/3rd line remote support via RMM platforms, monitor backup/disaster recovery systems, and recommend technical enhancements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and work closely with the Projects Manager to flag issues early. Skills and Experience Requirements Essential Technical Skills
• Microsoft 365: Configuration and migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID).
• Networking & Infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, VPN configurations, and Wi-Fi network deployments.
• Servers & Virtualization: Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Security & Continuity: Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) deployment, endpoint security, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollouts.
• Core Competencies: Proven IT project delivery experience and professional, customer-facing communication skills. Desirable Skills & Technologies
• UniFi deployment and network structured cabling/termination.
• Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) and Microsoft Intune / Autopilot.
• Remote Monitoring & Management (Datto RMM / Autotask PSA).
• Telephony (VoIP / 3CX) and Remote Desktop Services (RDS / FSLogix).
• Security platforms (Sophos XGS Firewalls, Huntress EDR/ITDR/SAT, and Inky Email Security) alongside Hikvision CCTV/NVR systems. About You You are an organised, analytical IT professional who takes full ownership of technical workloads. You bring:
