Human Resources- Director

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Global Head of Human Resources to lead our people strategy and HR operations across a growing, global organization. Based in Ashburn, Virginia, this hybrid leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership and business leaders across the U.S. and international locations.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with strong operational expertise and will be comfortable building scalable HR programs, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, and supporting business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR and people strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
•    Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, President, executive leadership, and business leaders on organizational and people matters.
•    Lead global HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, and HR operations.
•    Build and strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
•    Establish scalable performance management, goal-setting, succession planning, mentorship, career development, rewards, and recognition programs.
•    Develop workforce and talent strategies to identify critical skills, capability gaps, and future leadership needs.
•    Oversee HR policies, processes, governance, and compliance across applicable jurisdictions.
•    Partner with leadership on organizational design, restructuring, acquisitions, integrations, and other business transformation initiatives.
•    Lead executive
