Job Description

Take ownership of a new market as a Dutch-speaking Business Development Manager. You will work from a central Luxembourg office with direct access to the founders. The role gives you freedom to shape the sales approach and grow toward commercial leadership.

Your offer:

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop the Dutch-speaking market by building a strong dealer pipeline across the Netherlands
  • Prospect by phone, email, and LinkedIn and connect with decision-makers
  • Run product demos, qualify needs, negotiate, and close deals across the full sales cycle
  • Own the CRM pipeline end to end, including activity tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Support customer onboarding according to account size and user needs
  • Shape the go-to-market approach and share market insight with the founders and product team

Your profile:

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential for daily work with Dutch-speaking dealers
  • Professional English for internal collaboration in the international team
  • You've worked with CRM and modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A hunter mindset, autonomy, and entrepreneurial drive will help you thrive in this new-market role
  • Ideally, you bring solid full-cycle B2B sales experience across prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks, construction equipment, industrial machinery, material handling, or B2B marketplaces would be a strong plus
