Master Data Analyst

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Master Data Analyst for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Medical Device clients in Irvine, CA.
This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Master Data Analyst
General Activities

• Oversee and manage the requirement needs for the creation and maintenance of master data for commercial and NPI products which include but are not limited to: Make, EM, Bill Only, Drop Ships and HTC (FG/Spare Parts -Commercial/Non-Commercial).
• Act as the Master Data SME with business partners to address any needs and ensure best practices are leveraged to meet business needs and provide problem-solving support, guidance for troubleshooting and root cause analysis on Master Data related issues.
• Utilize, coordinate and/or support troubleshooting of the following Master Data Systems: cPDM, JDE, MDM, Manugistics, AGILE, GUDID, EMS, SAP & RAD
• Nice to have SAP or JDE
• Setting up G10 numbers
• Coordinate master data requirements with other functional groups and ensure all the information are integrated for a successful master data completion. Functional group such as: NPI E2E Leaders, NPI/Global/EMEA/JRZ/HTC Plan, Sourcing, GSM, Finance, Contracts, Supplier Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, MLC, SC Project and Plan Process Excellence Team.
• Support development projects where Master Data support is required (Variant or non-Variant projects)
• Partner with Information Technology (IT) to ensure the best solution and support for the business for master data related issues and/or enhancement.
• Working with finance to get pricing
• Attend Monthly Data Stewardship Meeting and Quarterly DDL/Data Operations Governance Meeting

RAD Activities

• Act as the RAD Supply Chain SME
• Maintain high level knowledge of all regional laws, regulations, and guidance. Ensure timely implementation of new supply
• chain requirements reflect RAD database
• Facilitate the transition from non-RAD to RAD across all impacted regions.

UDI Activities

• Act as the UDI SME
• Coordinate UDI requirements with other Regulatory and Labeling team in ensuring all relevant information are integrated
• for a successful UDI completion
• Ensure data requirements meet compliance with UDI standards and business requirements
• Verify upload in EMS system
• Execute DPM task in MDM
• Effectively manage communications to project teams on for UDI updates
