Job Summary

Aretum is seeking a motivated and skilled Management Data Analyst to support Mission Partner Affiliation Sponsor (MPAS) activities through database management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, research, and process documentation. This role assisting with developing training and operational procedures while supporting identity, credentialing, and access management requirements.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, populate, and maintain databases used for tracking, reporting, and program management.
• Coordinate and validate information with stakeholders to support Mission Partner Affiliation Sponsor (MPAS) activities.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, conduct research and organizational studies, and evaluate program processes.
• Develop and maintain procedures, operational manuals, and other program documentation.
• Develop and deliver training and provide day-to-day support for MPAS activities.

• BA/BS degree and 3 (+) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid Microsoft Skills.
• Knowledgeable in the requirements of HSPD-12.
• Process knowledge associated with Mission Partner Identification Credentialing and Access Management (USCG CI 5500.18A), (formally Trusted Associate Sponsorship System, TASS)
• Perform functional duties independently

Travel Requirement

This position supports a federal government contract and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination, depending on the agency’s background investigation requirements.  

• Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
