Print Machine Operator

Pay Range: $20 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Utilize image handling software and operate MS Office and email systems.
• Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies needed.
• Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to personnel as required.
• Respond to and coordinate all service calls required by customers.
• Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations.
• Perform duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials.
• Uphold safety standards while handling equipment and materials.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
