Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.05 per hour
• Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Overtime: Available based on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare production equipment for daily operations
• Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe performance
• Keep production lines supplied and running at expected standards
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Perform machine adjustments using hand and power tools
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work with the production team to meet operational goals

Tools & Equipment Used

• Production equipment interface screens
• Tape measures and precision measuring tools
• Scissors, hook knives, and putty knives
• Air-powered impact wrenches
• General hand tools and maintenance equipment

What We\'re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
