We are a leading stone countertop fabrication company specializing in granite, quartz, and marble surfaces for residential and commercial projects. We’re seeking a detail-oriented
Sales & Estimating Specialist to join our team and play a key role in quoting, client communication, and project coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple projects, and collaborating across teams to deliver accurate, high-quality results.

Review plans, specifications, and material selections to determine pricing
Communicate with clients to clarify project scope, materials, and timelines
Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Source materials and provide clients with options, pricing, and availability
Maintain organized records of quotes, project details, and communications
2+ years of experience in estimating, quoting, or sales support
(construction industry preferred)
~ Experience in countertops, stone, cabinets, or related trades is a strong plus
~ Comfortable using computers and learning estimating/quoting software
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
