6	Required	Git in a team-based environment, including Feature branching,Pull Requests,Merge/Conflict resolution
6	Required	Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase
2	Preferred	Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls
2	Preferred	Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modeling)
2	Preferred	Experience with Power Pages development and configuration
2	Preferred	Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion
2	Preferred	Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred)
