The Role • Maintain and operate all Physical Plant equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical systems. • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure continuous operation. • Monitor building systems and respond to alarms. • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • Two (2) years of experience in a related field, including hands-on knowledge of boilers, chillers, and commercial air handling equipment. • Experience with pneumatic controls, DDC controls, and building energy management systems. • A 4th class National or Georgia Power Engineers license (or higher GA license). • EPA Universal Refrigeration Certificate. • A valid Georgia driver's license is preferred.
