VP of Human Resources
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Human Resources to lead the organization's people strategy during a period of significant growth and expansion. This executive leader will partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable human capital strategies that support a growing, multi-site workforce.

The VP of Human Resources will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations while ensuring alignment between business objectives and people initiatives. The ideal candidate is a business-minded HR executive who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and has a proven track record supporting growth-oriented organizations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all human capital matters
Assess and enhance HR structures, processes, and capabilities to support future expansion
Utilize workforce analytics and key performance indicators to drive decision-making and organizational effectiveness
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead the development of scalable recruiting strategies to support organizational growth
Establish recruiting metrics, accountability measures, and talent acquisition best practices
Build pipelines for leadership and critical operational roles
Develop succession planning and talent management programs
Enhance performance management processes that promote accountability and results
Support organizational design and change management efforts
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll partnership, compliance, policies, and HR programs
Ensure HR practices align with applicable regulations and business objectives
Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Evaluate team structure and resource requirements to support future growth
Foster collaboration across recruiting, HR operations, training, and business leadership functions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
~10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience
~ Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees
~ Multi-site workforce leadership experience
~ Proven success building and scaling HR infrastructure in growing organizations
~ Strong background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
~ Experience in healthcare services, senior living, hospitality, real estate, construction, property management, or other multi-location service-based organizations
Experience supporting founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-growth organizations
Experienced in building teams, processes, and infrastructure that support growth
Develop a scalable HR strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
Strengthen talent acquisition and workforce planning capabilities
Enhance leadership development and succession planning programs
Improve performance management and organizational effectiveness processes
Build a high-performing HR function positioned to support continued expansion
