Job Title: Technical Product Manager Healthcare / Pharma (PBM)
Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare/Pharma industry, specifically Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM). The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of product management experience, driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product delivery. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and data science teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with business and clinical objectives.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation, planning, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare, pharma, regulatory, engineering, and data science teams to define product vision and priorities.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and organizational goals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards where applicable.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements and innovation.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • Strong experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM).
  • Expertise in product roadmap planning and execution.
  • Experience managing the complete product lifecycle.
  • Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, regulatory, clinical, and data science.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with healthcare digital products or enterprise healthcare platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with clinical or pharmacy-related applications.
  • Product management certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent are a plus.
