Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of customer account management and identity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer identity and access management (CIAM), particularly with Okta, and experience driving digital transformation initiatives. Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is highly preferred.
This role requires close collaboration with engineering, UX, security, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 10 + years of Product Management experience in technology or digital products.
· Hands-on experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms, preferably Okta.
· Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT.
· Experience managing customer account management features, including registration, login, profile management, password recovery, and account security.
· Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
· Experience working with APIs, cloud-based applications, and microservices architectures.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer Digital industries.
· Experience with customer loyalty platforms and CRM integrations.
· Knowledge of mobile applications and omnichannel customer experiences.
· Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Certification in Product Management, Scrum, or Okta is a plus.
