Mid-Senior Estimator | Exterior Restoration / Building Envelope - Remote or Hybrid | $120k-$150k + Benefits

Our client is a well-established specialist contractor operating across exterior restoration, masonry, waterproofing, and building envelope projects on complex, existing structures, including high-profile and historic buildings across the U.S.

This is a 200-person, family-owned business with a strong reputation, long-tenured team (10-25 years), and a healthy pipeline of technically challenging work ranging from $250k to $25M (typically $1M-$10M).

Your new role

Due to growth, they are looking to add a mid-to-senior level Estimator to work alongside a highly experienced Chief Estimator.

You'll play a key role in pricing and bidding complex exterior restoration projects and working across scopes including masonry, waterproofing, concrete, and faade systems

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical challenges and problem-solving.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' estimating experience
• Background in a subcontractor or specialist contractor (exterior restoration / building envelope preferred) preferred.
• Strong understanding of access, faade systems, and masonry on existing structures
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident reviewing drawings
• Strong IT and take-off skills
