Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Industrial Engineer- PLC. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $35 - $39/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects
  • Become an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions
  • Supervise a small team of 2 to 3 and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: - ["PLC", "Allen Bradley ", "SQL", ]
  • Experience in systems or industrial engineering
  • Experience with PLCs
  • Mastery of knowledge in equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field)
  • Associatess or technical degree in automation (Industrial Controls, Robotics, or related field)
  • Experience with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC.
  • Experience in SQL and Databases.
  • Experience in working complex system integration projects
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
