Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop full-stack applications using Java, React, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
2. Design and implement scalable services and workflow solutions using Camunda and AWS services.
3. Build, deploy, and maintain applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud technologies.
4. Apply AI-assisted development practices across the SDLC while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in full-stack Java development, including React, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development.
Technical Skills	Java, React, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Camunda, Docker, Kubernetes
Business / Domain Skills	Full-Stack Development, Enterprise Application Development, Cloud Development, Workflow Automation, Software Development Lifecycle, Agile Development
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Camunda workflow development and enterprise application integration.
2. Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and EKS.
3. Experience applying AI tools and practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
