The Role

• Assist customers in identifying and finding vehicles that meet their specific needs by leveraging extensive inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle appraisal and test drives to facilitating financing applications.
• Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation for seamless and efficient transactions.
• Work collaboratively within a high-energy sales environment to achieve team goals.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales and customer service experience, ideally in retail.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
• A high degree of self-motivation and ability to manage your own workflow.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with customers.
