Portfolio Management Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Portfolio Management Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA.
We're looking for a high-energy, well-organized self-starter to help run the day-to-day of our Technology Portfolio Management function. You'll keep our projects, reporting, and vendors on track - and help us rethink how we work using GenAI tools like Kiro to cut manual effort. It's a hands-on role with lots of variety, perfect for someone early in their career who's curious, tech-savvy, and ready to learn and do a bit of everything.
Responsibilities :

• Reporting & dashboards - produce weekly status reports and build dashboards using tools like Kiro, Excel, and Power BI
• Automation & GenAI - use GenAI tools to automate manual tasks and help reimagine how our team works
• Meetings & coordination - organize meetings, capture notes, track action items, and help coordinate across engineering teams on larger projects
• Vendors & contracts - track invoices, watch for contract renewals, and coordinate vendor action items and status
• OKRs & portfolio support - help teams set and report on OKRs, and support project tracking, roadmaps, and leadership updates

Required Skills :

• 1-4 years of relevant experience (coordination, operations, or analyst work); exposure to project/portfolio management a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• High energy, organized, and proactive - a "no task too big or small" attitude
• Tech-savvy and curious, excited to build with GenAI tools like Kiro
• A clear communicator who's eager to learn and grow
