Mechanical Design Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading M&E contractor based in Warrington. Our client delivers mechanical and electrical building services across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects, and is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their design team. The Role

• Producing mechanical designs and drawings for M&E projects
• Working across a range of sectors and project types
• Producing calculations, schematics and specifications
• Liaising with the wider design and project delivery teams
• Ensuring designs meet current regulations and client requirements
• Supporting projects from concept through to installation stage Requirements
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer within M&E/building services
• Proficient in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, CAD-Duct or similar)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and current regulations
• Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or degree in Building Services or similar)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills What's on Offer
