The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks and system fault identification.
• Perform routine configuration changes and document all system modifications.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and on-site installations of upgrades and modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
