The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions, ensuring they meet all user story requirements.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests for software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues efficiently.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) for performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
• Drive innovation by exploring and incorporating AI capabilities into development processes and products.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience (4+ years in web application development).
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or React.js.
• Strong experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical discussions.
