The Role

• Lead a team of 100+ merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations.
• Oversee key merchandising initiatives including category resets, new item introductions, and stocking.
• Ensure quality project execution and on-time delivery for merchandising projects.
• Drive recruiting, training, and performance management for field staff.
• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel.
• Achieve and exceed financial and operational metrics for the district.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail operations or field management, with a strong understanding of merchandising practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned market, including potential overnight stays.
• A valid driver's license.
