Job Description

Full Stack Engineering

Introduction

This position involves designing, developing, and deploying GenAI-powered solutions using various tools. The individual will work closely with LOB teams to enhance product lifecycle and drive adoption of GenAI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor
  • Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD, internal platforms)
  • Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement across teams
  • Monitor and optimize tool usage, efficiency, and performance outcomes
  • Establish best practices for GenAI usage, including prompt engineering and workflow integration
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support

Requirements

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python)
  • Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Event Driven, and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., OCP, Google Cloud Platform)

GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have)

  • Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude, and Cursor
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent-based workflows, multi-agent architectures, MCP servers, and agentic services

Soft Skills & Expectations

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with high adoption demands
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional and LOB teams
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements
