Strategy Analyst
Location: Crawley / Hybrid
The Opportunity
Are you an analytical, commercially minded individual looking to take the next step in your career?
We're looking for a curious and ambitious Strategy Analyst to join a growing team, offering the opportunity to gain exposure to business strategy, market research, competitor analysis and strategic projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience who wants to build on their existing skills, learn from experienced senior stakeholders and develop a career in business strategy.
No two days will be the same, with involvement in a variety of projects that help shape business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research markets, competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyse business information and data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects, business planning and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with evaluating new markets, commercial opportunities and potential acquisitions.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to support business performance and growth.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years' experience in an analytical, commercial, consulting, finance or business-focused role.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related subject.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A naturally curious mindset, with an interest in how businesses operate and grow.
  • Someone proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop their career.
Experience with Power BI, market research or AI tools would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
