The Opportunity

Are you an analytical, commercially minded individual looking to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for a curious and ambitious Strategy Analyst to join a growing team, offering the opportunity to gain exposure to business strategy, market research, competitor analysis and strategic projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience who wants to build on their existing skills, learn from experienced senior stakeholders and develop a career in business strategy.

No two days will be the same, with involvement in a variety of projects that help shape business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

·Research markets, competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

·Analyse business information and data to support decision-making.

·Prepare reports, presentations and insights for senior stakeholders.

·Support strategic projects, business planning and improvement initiatives.

·Assist with evaluating new markets, commercial opportunities and potential acquisitions.

·Work collaboratively with different teams to support business performance and growth.

What We're Looking For

·1-3 years' experience in an analytical, commercial, consulting, finance or business-focused role.

·A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related subject.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.

·Confident communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.

·Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.

·A naturally curious mindset, with an interest in how businesses operate and grow.

·Someone proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop their career.

Experience with Power BI, market research or AI tools would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
