Pay Range: $43 - $46/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day coordination and execution support across operational units and product projects.
• Manage critical issues, risks, and action items to ensure project milestones are met.
• Lead and document meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.
• Maintain readiness reporting materials and ensure timely distribution for stakeholder reviews.
• Coordinate budget updates and spending reviews, supporting financial oversight.
• Facilitate training coordination and maintain project documentation in Cplace.
• Track gate deliverables and ensure all submissions are review-ready prior to gate reviews.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong proficiency in project coordination and documentation management.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive closure on critical issues.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking processes.
• Experience with PFEP (Part Family Execution Plan) and ProCoord budget management.
• Knowledge of Cplace or similar project documentation tools.
