On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Project Manager- Credit Risk for a 6 month contract based in the banks Moorefield London offices, on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home, on a PAYE day rate engagement.

Job description - the role

Purpose of the role:

You will be joining as a Project Manager within the Credit Change Team which is aligned to CRO, Credit Risk Management.

The Project Manager role is required to work in a team responsible for the delivery of new Key Risk Indicators and associated Distressed Credit workflows.

You will have a key role supporting the go-live, business adoption, managing operational processes and controls, managing investigations into user identified issues and data quality topics and working with the Change and IT teams on resolution.

What you'll do:

  • Project management of business adoption of key risk indicators and new credit workflows (Watchlist, Financial Difficulties, Unlikeliness to Pay) for monitoring and managing the deterioration of client credit worthiness.
    • Manage the business adoption and post-delivery support provided by Change and IT teams for 6 months of post go-live support.
    • Manage running daily and weekly control processes.
    • Lead triage of issues and allocation to team members for investigation and resolution.
    • Set up and manage user drop in sessions for issues management.
    • Identify improvements in processes and controls, prioritizing key updates to processes and system functionality.
    • Track and report progress to stakeholders, operating committee and steering committee.

The skills you'll need:

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager within an Investment Bank
  • Knowledge of credit risk.
  • Good understanding of credit workflows.
  • Good understanding of data processes and controls.
