Employment Specialist (Job Coach)

We're seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to help individuals identify career goals, find competitive employment, and succeed in the workplace.
- Support individuals in identifying career interests and strengths
- Assist with job search, placement, and onboarding
- Teach job tasks and workplace skills
- Provide on-site job coaching and support
- Build relationships with employers
- Gradually fade supports as independence increases
- $18.50 to $20.00/hour, based on experience
- Bonus potential up to $16,000 annually
- 35 hours/week
- Minimum 25 billable hours/week

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license with a properly maintained vehicle and current auto insurance
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, kneel, and use wrists, shoulders, and both hands as needed to perform CPR, first aid, and personal care/lifting techniques
- Ability to successfully complete and administer CPR and First Aid
- Proof of a negative TB screening required
- One year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities in community-integrated settings preferred
- Ability to pass required background checks and other agency screening requirements as applicable
Compensation details: 18.5-20 Hourly Wage
