Project Manager needed in North London Paying £400 per day ref 013750

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects across the estate from inception through to completion.
• Deliver planned maintenance and improvement programmes in line with agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
• Provide technical advice on property, construction, building maintenance and statutory compliance requirements.
• Identify, investigate and assess building defects, recommending appropriate repair and maintenance solutions.
• Manage project budgets, procurement processes and financial controls to ensure value for money.
• Appoint, manage and monitor contractors, consultants and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee project design, planning, tendering, construction and handover stages.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health and safety regulations, building regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project performance, risks and programme delivery, implementing corrective action where necessary.
• Act as the key liaison point regarding capital and maintenance projects.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, contractors, consultants and partner organisations.
• Prepare reports, project updates and technical documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
