The Company

Known for their collaborative approach, creativity and operational excellence, they provide end-to-end event solutions, from strategic planning and creative production through to event delivery and digital engagement.

The Role

Joining at the heart of the agency, the Event Project Manager will take ownership of congress and conference delivery across an expanding portfolio.

- End-to-end delivery of pharma congresses, conferences, advisory boards and training events

- Delegate registration and management, including Cvent administration

- Venue and supplier research, negotiation and contract management

- Project planning with ownership of timelines and scheduling

- Management of all event logistics and communications

- Budgeting and financial reporting

- Compliance and regulatory oversight for pharma event deliverables

- Close collaboration with the Project Director on client objectives

The Candidate

The right person for this Event Project Manager role will have a solid grounding in B2B events, with hands-on project management of corporate conferences at the core of their CV. Pharma industry background is strongly preferred given the focus of the account and Cvent experience is a plus, though training will be provided. A calm, organised approach and the drive to own complex corporate projects from start to finish matter most.
