Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Description

• Lead cloud architecture and IT modernization initiatives, developing architectural blueprints, network topologies, and technical specifications for public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with strong focus on cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and performance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization, microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless infrastructure.
• Establish cloud security, identity/access controls, data governance, compliance, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices, including HIPAA requirements.
• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives, evaluate architectural options, provide technical direction, analyze current vs. desired states, and coordinate delivery across HHS IT teams and stakeholders.
