Job Title : Solution Architect Specialist

Location : 5 days onsite / week in 1551 Park Run Drive McLean Virginia 22102

Duration : 6 months contract to Hire

Interview Information:
Interview Type: MS Teams - Video Mandatory and In Person

Must Have Qualifications: 18+ years of overall experience, 8+ years specifically hands of with Solution Architect that are able to follow business problems, interact with stakeholders.

MUST HAVE 15+ Java development experience. Hands on experience with Design patterns and architectural patterns. Preferred, AI/ML

Expecting technical sound, able to provide solutions for business problems, find gaps in recruitment, go back to the drawing board and provide business problems solutions.

Architect w hands on solution experience -provide solution for business problems.

Work with all stakeholders like business architects , directors at the enterprise level. Chief Product Owner, Product Owner, Agile Coach to ensure Solution and Technical Architecture

AI/ML - important - start leveraging Gen AI capabilities, any improvement in the proces, solution - individual to bring them. - will ask some questions.

AWS services focus

Don't have luxury or dedicated SLA - shared more than 3 teams - as a solutions architect for green filed solution, technical stack moderation, business process re imagination - not specific initiative.

Architect w hands on solution experience -provide solution for business problems.

Have to put a pen on paper to explain architecture pricines, processes, write architecture design rationally - why they make decisions about architecture.

Example : Rest api / File exchange -Why they picked and what made it to pick among them and need to explain.

Position Overview:
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development
Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc.
Prior Software development background
5+ years of relevant task management experience
Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations
3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferred
Experience in Generative AI, demonstrable record of applicability of AI/ML to solve business problems.
Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry preferred

Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills; demonstrable experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast paced changing environment
Superb communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key team members in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organization
Technical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present sophisticated subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business team members
