Our client is looking for an Sr. Solution Architect – Platform Integration (M&A) for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Sr. Solution Architect – Platform Integration (M&A)

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with strong experience in Healthcare Benefits Administration and/or Financial Services.

• 15–20+ years of experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership.
• Strong domain expertise in Financial Services and Healthcare Benefits Administration, including HSA, FSA, HRA, and COBRA.
• Experience with participant lifecycle, contribution/reimbursement processing, claims adjudication, and benefits platforms.
• M&A, post-merger integration (PMI), platform consolidation, system migration, technical due diligence, and integration/rationalization roadmaps is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to connect technical architecture with business and product strategy and evaluate platforms from both technical and product perspectives.
• Hands-on multi-cloud architecture experience across Azure, AWS, and OCI, with strong Azure expertise preferred.
• Strong Azure experience with Azure Functions, Blob, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Web PubSub, Container Apps, and APIM.
• Strong IAM and security experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, ADFS, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, OPA/OPAL, and IAM policies.
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, serverless, service mesh, actor-based systems, and API gateways.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, or .NET with experience building enterprise solutions.
• Strong database expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB; DacFx is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka (Confluent/Strimzi), Azure Event Hub, Service Bus, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/AKS, Dapr, Kratix, Backstage.io, and Kubernetes Operators.
• Strong DevOps experience with Azure Repos/Pipelines, Bicep, ARM Templates, AKS, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering.
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or other regulated-industry compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership experience mentoring and managing Architects, Tech Leads, and Developers across onshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, project/program leadership, and Scaled Agile delivery experience.
