Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Compensation & Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollments, payroll deductions, and employee benefit changes, while providing excellent service to employees. The Compensation & Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the transition of Benefits Administration to a centralized Benefits function in a corporate setting.

Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit plans
Coordinate new hire benefits setup and track enrollment deadlines
Manage HSA setup by verifying accounts and entering payroll deductions
Review and audit benefits data and payroll deductions for accuracy
Partner with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data flow
One to three years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration required
Experience working with HRIS or benefits administration systems required
Strong excel and organizational skills required
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion required
Experience supporting open enrollment or payroll processes preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD
~100% medical premium paid for by Panelmatic for the employee-only level medical coverage
