Job Description

Introduction

International Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a talented Grafana Dashboarding Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Grafana Dashboarding Engineer, you will be responsible for developing real-time monitoring and visualization dashboards using Grafana, integrating data sources for analytics and reporting, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop real-time monitoring and visualization dashboards using Grafana.
  • Integrate Data Lake, telemetry, and operational data sources for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Java.
  • Build frontend components and dashboard customizations using JavaScript.
  • Configure alerts, KPI tracking, and proactive issue detection mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Operations teams to improve observability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with Grafana dashboard development.
  • Strong Java and JavaScript programming skills.
  • Experience with Data Lakes, ETL pipelines, and data integration.
  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, or similar monitoring platforms.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in telemetry analytics, proactive monitoring, and observability solutions.
  • Exposure to Kafka, Databricks, or Big Data ecosystems.
