Description
Join our team as a Systems Trainer in the vibrant city of New York. 
This full-time role focuses on delivering structured training for onboarding and ongoing education on core systems. 
You'll work with various departments to ensure efficient use of technology and create engaging content for training purposes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on training on core systems for various departments.
Create and update training content including live sessions and recordings.
Coordinate technology rollouts and provide follow-up training.
Monitor and report on system adoption and usage.
Identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a training or related role.
Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Strong presentation skills.
Interest in AI tools and their adoption.
