Aspire Business Consulting, Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Indianapolis team as an
Entry-Level Sales & Customer Representative
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer communication. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

Meet and communicate with prospective customers in person throughout the Indianapolis area
Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
Answer questions and assist customers throughout the sales process
Build positive customer relationships
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales and product training
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Paid training
Weekly pay
Uncapped commission and performance-based earning opportunities
Full-time schedule
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in an in-person, customer-facing environment
