Program Manager

Technical Program/ Project Manager | Marketing Applied AI | 100 % Remote

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence while helping organizations adopt cutting-edge AI technologies?
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a fast-paced Marketing Applied AI team for a a large enterprise client . In this role, you'll help build the program management foundation for critical AI initiatives, coordinate work across cross-functional teams, and drive operational rigor across multiple strategic programs.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Operations environment and has experience leading complex programs involving business stakeholders, technical partners, and executive leadership.

What You'll Do

• Manage and track strategic AI-focused programs
• Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams
• Build and maintain project plans, trackers, status reporting, and documentation
• Drive milestone execution and risk management
• Support budget tracking and OPEX reconciliation processes
• Help implement and scale AI tools and workflows across business teams
• Improve team operations through process development and program governance

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management experience
• Strong experience supporting Marketing or Product Marketing organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing seasonedleadership
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, automation tools, or AI adoption programs strongly preferred
• Budget management and operational planning experience

Ideal Candidate

You've successfully implemented new AI tools into business workflows, partnered with Product Marketing and Marketing teams, and thrive in highly collaborative environments. You're proactive, organized, upbeat, and able to bring structure to complex initiatives while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
