Commercial Finance Manager - Morgan McKinley

A genuinely commercial finance role with a seat at the table.

I'm looking for a qualified accountant with strong commercial finance / FP&A experience to join a fast-growing, ambitious business and take ownership of its commercial finance agenda.

Reporting directly to the MD, you'll have real influence across P&L performance, trading, pricing, forecasting, investment and growth strategy.

What you'll be doing:

* Full ownership of P&L and trading performance
* Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
* Commercial modelling, pricing and unit economics
* Providing insight to commercial and marketing teams
* Driving margin improvement and cost optimisation
* Assessing new opportunities and investment cases
* Producing Board-level reporting and insight
* Leading and developing the commercial finance team
* Improving BI reporting and financial analysis

What we're looking for:

✔ ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
✔ Strong commercial finance or FP&A background
✔ Excellent Excel modelling skills
✔ Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
✔ Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of P&L and margins
✔ Confident operating with senior stakeholders and at Board level
✔ Hands-on, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
