Commercial Finance Manager - Morgan McKinley

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a growing Swindon based business with a turnover of c£300m, to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a commercial role that will require you to partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, E-Commerce and IT, and act as the bridge between the accounting function and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with Marketing to evaluate effectiveness and ROI
• Weekly forecasting, tracking and reforecasting of performance
• Work with key stakeholders to review and challenge P&L performance
• Understand business drivers and KPIs and drive improvements
• Deliver insightful performance analysis
• Undertake financial reviews and provide commercial decision support

The Person

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Qualified Accountant with excellent analytical and stakeholder
management skills.

You will need previous experience of commercial finance or FP&A roles, and will be comfortable partnering with non finance stakeholders and using data reporting systems.
