Onspring GRC Platform Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Onspring for GRC use cases: risk, compliance, policy, audit, vendor risk, and incidents.

• Build no-code/low-code workflows, forms, rules, dashboards, and reports.

• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Onspring solutions.

• Support integrations/APIs with systems such as Microsoft 365.

• Troubleshoot, enhance, and provide ongoing platform support.

• Document configurations and workflows for maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Onspring configuration/development experience — mandatory.

• Experience with low-code/no-code automation and workflow design.

• Strong understanding of GRC processes.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong client/stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

• Healthcare/health plan industry experience.

• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or MetricStream.
