Facilities and Utility Supervisor

Location: St. Peters, MO Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Facilities and Utility Supervisor
This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance and Reliability Improvements of the site facilities and utilities electrical systems. Including:
  o Medium (34KV, 13kV, 5kV) and Low (
  o Safety such as Arc Flash and Troubleshooting such as Ground Faults and IR Scans.
  o Substations Components such as Switches, Primary Section, Transformer Section, Secondary Section, Auxiliary/Control sections/components, etc.
  o Breakers Components such as Operating Mechanism, Main/Arcing Contacts, Arc Chutes/Interrupters, Trip Unit, Insulators, etc.
  o Configuration (trip parameters, fuses, etc).
  o Emergency backup power systems
  Working knowledge of Safety and Building codes.
  Establish and track Preventive Maintenance activities and electrical system metrics.
  Oversee external contractors for repair and maintenance activities in accordance with site standards.
  Supervise Facilities and Utilities maintenance shop that maintains the Site Electrical, HVAC, Ultrapure RO/DI water, Waste treatment and fire water systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Electrical engineering degree.
• Supervision of technicians to solve electrical and mechanical problems.
• Hands-on experience with, maintaining, testing, and operating low and medium voltage switchgear equipment.
