Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Utility / Power Generation domain experience for our client.
Position: Business Analyst – Utility / Power Generation
Location: Allentown, NY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Contract
Key Requirements:

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Utility / Energy / Power Generation domain.
Must have experience with Power Generation, Electric Utilities, Grid Operations, Transmission, Distribution, or Energy Management.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional requirements, and documentation.
Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and utility/operations teams.
Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills preferred.
Experience with utility/energy applications, SCADA, EMS, EAM, GIS, or related systems is a plus.
