Business Analyst – Healthcare IT

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and modernization of healthcare and case management applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow documentation, and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or IT.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience on large-scale IT projects.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, human services, government, or case management systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of relational databases and data models.
• Experience working with healthcare or case management applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
