We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong, recent experience supporting Eagle Investment Systems, specifically Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Management, Securities, and Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Investment Management Operations functions, applications, and business processes.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and data models.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and development teams.
• Support Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE-related enhancements and integrations.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, test data, and UAT documentation.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation.
• Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production issues.
• Maintain application documentation, knowledge base articles, and system controls.
• Provide hands-on application support and training to Investment Management Operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of Business/System Analysis experience.
• Recent Eagle Investment Systems experience – Required.
• Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE experience – Required.
• Financial Services / Investment Management / Securities industry experience.
• Strong Investment Management Operations knowledge.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with UAT, system testing, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
