Baer is looking for SAP UiPath Test Automation Developer for a 4+ month Federal remote project.

Overview:
The SAP UiPath Test Automation Developer will design, develop, execute, and maintain automated testing solutions using UiPath for SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications. The role will support integration, regression, smoke, negative, and end-to-end testing while improving test coverage and accelerating repeatable testing.
Description:

• Develop reusable and parameterized UiPath automation workflows from approved test cases, business processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Automate testing across SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, web applications, interfaces, and integrated systems.
• Configure test data, variables, checkpoints, exception handling, logging, and evidence capture.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test failures to identify application versus automation defects.
• Maintain and update automation scripts based on SAP configuration, process, and release changes.
• Document test results and defects and maintain traceability in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Collaborate with functional and technical testers, government stakeholders, system integrators, and UAT teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Support UiPath Orchestrator execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and automation documentation.
• Support regression testing, release readiness, production-readiness assessments, and knowledge transfer.

Requirement:

• Hands-on experience developing test automation using UiPath.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori testing.
• Experience automating integration, regression, smoke, negative, and end-to-end tests.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, reusable workflows, test data, exception handling, and logging.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator is preferred.
• Experience with defect tracking, test documentation, RTM, and test reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments is preferred.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
