Senior Patient Access Representative

• Coordinate and schedule patient procedures based on prescribed orders, optimizing patient time and clinical resources while ensuring accurate communication with patients, participants, and staff.
• Perform patient registration and clerical duties, accurately collecting and entering demographic, insurance, and clinical information into appropriate systems.
• Coordinate procedure schedules and assist with insurance pre-certification and authorization activities, resolving scheduling and procedural issues through appropriate resources.
• Provide patients, participants, and representatives with clear pre-service requirements, instructions, and support while

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
