Oracle HR Transformation Project Manager Needed!

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Project Manager to join a major HR transformation programme based in London for a Financial Services client of mine. The role is for an initial 4 months with scope of extensions sitting inside IR35 via an umbrella.

This contract position focuses on overseeing the transition to Oracle within the HR function, ensuring robust risk management and governance throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering key project milestones related to HR transformation.

Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. You will be expected to identify and mitigate risks, liaise with stakeholders, and drive the implementation of Oracle solutions to support the organisation's HR objectives.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in HR transformation projects, with a strong understanding of Oracle systems. Proven expertise in risk assessment and governance is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in London and follows a hybrid working pattern, with three days onsite and two days working from home each week.
